We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and warranty requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6) Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver/measure ads.

  • Managing Cookies: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, some features may not work.
  • Analytics: We may use tools like Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve performance.
  • Advertising: We may work with ad partners that collect information on our site to deliver relevant ads elsewhere. You can often opt out of interest-based advertising via platform settings (e.g., Google Ad Settings) or industry pages like the DAA/NAI.
  • Do Not Track: Because no standard is widely adopted, we do not respond to DNT signals. We honor applicable legally required opt-outs.

7) Payments

Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., card networks, gateways). We receive limited payment metadata (e.g., status, last 4 digits) and do not store full payment card numbers.

8) How We Protect Your Information

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us to request deletion.

10) International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

11) Your Privacy Rights

A. U.S. State Privacy Rights (e.g., CA/CO/CT/VA/UT)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, and to opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising, sale, or profiling). To exercise rights, see “Contact Us.” We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.

B. California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request certain information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (if any).

C. EEA/UK (GDPR) Notices

If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases may include consent, contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (e.g., to improve and secure our Services). You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability and complaint to a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

12) Installer Marketplace Data

When you ask us to connect you with an independent installer, we share only the data needed to coordinate service (e.g., contact details, order/tire info, scheduling preferences). Installers maintain their own policies and records. Please review the installer’s privacy and service terms before booking. Any service-related data the installer creates is governed by the installer’s practices.

13) Third-Party Links & Features

Our site may link to third-party websites, apps, or features (e.g., mapping, financing, review platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing information.

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and/or via reasonable notice.
