1. General Use

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on TirePlanet.com.

1.2 You agree that all information you provide during checkout or account registration is accurate, current, and complete.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

2. Products & Pricing

2.1 Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

2.2 While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy and update or cancel affected orders with notice to the customer.

2.3 Tire appearance may vary slightly from images due to manufacturer updates or production changes.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

3.2 Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment options displayed at checkout.

3.3 Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will result in immediate cancellation and may be reported to authorities.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary.

4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss & Title: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. TirePlanet.com is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit after carrier acceptance. Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt and file claims directly with the carrier if necessary.

4.4 Orders may ship from our warehouses or directly from the manufacturer.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

5.2 Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

5.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

5.4 Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned tires.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

6.1 Tires sold through TirePlanet.com may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the tire manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Except as required by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, TirePlanet.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our products or services.

7.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved in that claim.

8. Installation & Use

8.1 All tires must be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation can result in serious injury or death.

8.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring tire compatibility with your vehicle.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on TirePlanet.com —including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of TirePlanet.com or its suppliers and is protected by applicable laws.

9.2 No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11.2 Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of DeSoto County, Mississippi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

TirePlanet.com connects customers with independent installers and mobile installers (“Installers”). These Installers are not employees, agents, or representatives of TirePlanet.com.

• All installation, repair, or related services are solely between you and the Installer.
• Installers are responsible for their own workmanship, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
• TirePlanet.com does not guarantee or supervise the quality of work performed by any Installer.
• Any service-related claims, warranties, or disputes must be resolved directly with the Installer.
• TirePlanet.com is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from Installer services.
